e4e acquires Omni Pros

BANGALORE: e4e, a business service provider announced the acquisition of Omni Pros, a business solutions service provider based in Silicon Valley.
Arun Taloni, President, e4e Services said, The acquisition would enable the company to enhance the depth of its current vertical market offerings and selectively target new industries for expansion.
Estimates suggest the U.S offshore IT services market would double in size to about $14.7 billion by 2009. Outsourcing initiatives by technology and financial services companies will represent a significant percentage of this growth.
