Sure, mixing alcohol with energy drinks is an au courant, definite way to kick-start the party and keep you energized for all the drunken larking about. But ‘energy’ literally means ‘calories’. We are talking about you, Mr. Vodka Red Bull! Red Bull is jam-packed with over a hundred calories per eight-ounce serving. And if you are mixing it with vodka, you’ll soon be hitting six hundred calories (atleast)! That’s like a Big Mac. But a super jumbo burger that’ll make you spill out you deepest, most embarrassing secrets and stories to strangers while making simultaneous plans to launch a super-bike brand!

It kills us to write this, but recurrent consumption of dark beer is a recipe for easy weight! Most of the mainstream dark beers around the world bring a hefty one hundred and seventy calories per pint. Step up the notch and you are easily guzzling down two hundred calories per pint. Avoid the buildup by switching to a lighter brew as the labels have got the ‘light’ part right. Taste-wise, they seem to be roughly on par with carbonated water, at the least! What to do? wolf down the good stuff, but in moderation!
