Everything seems to be exciting the first day. But gradually, these excitement changes to conversations and then to conflicts until and unless you have persons around you with same vision and mission. Many founding teams start to fall apart as things change and make it even worse by refusing to adjust. So, it is important to know in advance the purpose of the person you look towards for being the co-founder of your startup. Is he or she looking just to invest money and do nothing else for the business or looking towards a quick exit? Are they serious towards the growth of the business or just wishes to fund their luxurious lifestyle?
Having a unity of vision can avoid several frictions that you team may create and this will help you to work with each other instead of working against each other.
