Bangalore: D-Link, an end-to-end computer networking solutions provider has announced its new and enhanced distribution strategy for India & SAARC. The objective is to enhance the reach of D-Link to the newer markets and territories. Under the new structure D-Link will retain its 'Unique Regional Distribution' model. It has further added Ingram Micro as a national distributor.
Rajesh Sahore, VP Channels D-Link India said, "D-Link India enjoys strong support from its regional distributor partners who have helped D-Link achieve its leadership position in networking industry in India. The existing regional distributors will continue to enjoy all benefits as earlier; in addition they will have an option of buying from Ingram Micro or D-Link directly".
The enhanced structure will help partners to fulfill the demand for D-Link products by reducing the lead time and ensuring effective stock availability of D-Link products. "D-Link has world class products in the area of active networking with a strong acceptance in the SMB segment. With this engagement Ingram will take D-Link solutions to a larger market segment by engaging our SI partners with the D-Link Brand," said Jaishankar Krishnan, Managing Director, Ingram Micro India.
