DIYmonde Solutions signs MoU with Trimentus

Chennai: Canada based technology firm DIYmonde Solution has signed a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Chennai based IT firm Trimentus to offer specialized ITSM training and consulting services to the clients and employees of Trimentus in India and other countries.
MoU was signed by Diane Colbeck, President of DIYmonde Solutions and Santhanam Ravichandran, CEO, Trimentus Technologies.
The relationship effectively gives Trimentus and its clients an impartial external evaluation of ITIL best practice application in the field, as well as international certification for all ITIL educational resources.
In addition, DIYmonde Solutions, will provide a comprehensive range of introductory to advanced level ITIL version 3 courses. This breadth of courses will also include ISO 20000, ITSM Simulation and advanced ITSM Manager Certification for IT Managers and other IT staff managing the design, delivery and support of IT services. Ivor Evans, Director and Co-founder of DIYMonde, said, "Over the years DIYmonde has successfully developed ITIL courses and delivered training and consultancy in ITSM in various verticals. The collaboration between DIYmonde and Trimentus also aims to promote talent, while facilitating TRIMENTUS participation in areas of mutual interest.
