Directi opens facility in Mumbai for enhancing growth

Bangalore: Directi, a developer of mass market web products has opened new facility 'Directiplex' in Mumbai. Spreading across 120,000 square feet, the new facility will accommodate around 1,500 employees. The facility currently houses around 550 employees. Directiplex aptly accommodates this need and boasts of advanced facilities that create an environment to enhance employee efficiency," said Bhavin Turakhia, Founder, Chairman and CEO, Directi. Directi strives to provide better working environment to the employees with research on ergonomics. The new facility has been designed with this research and applying to the office design, chair design and layouts. This includes height adjustable desks, multiple monitors ranging from 2-3 for an individual and six monitors per person in the senior level of management. The monitors can be rotated, tilted, moved, extended and retracted at any angle and position. Other features include video conferencing, wireless enabled office, themed breakout rooms having mini golf and chess, fitness centre, bowling arena and an in-house kitchen handled by Taj Palace.
