Indian steel magnet Sanjay Singhal bought the bunglow from the Royal Netherlands embassy for
137 crore in July 2006. The bunglow is spread over an acre and is located at Lutyens Bunglow Zone, one of the most posh suburbs of Delhi. Some of the city's most sought-after property can be spotted in this zone. The houses were mostly built by architect Sir Edwin Lutyens during the twilight of the British Raj, with sprawling bungalows intended to house India's elite.
