1. Antilla
Antilla is described as the Taj Mahal of the 21st century. The twenty-seven floor house located at Altamont road, Cumballa Hill in South Mumbai belongs to renowned businessman Mukesh Ambani, the billionaire Chairman of Reliance Industries. The building is spread over a 4,532 sq metre (48,780 sq ft) plot in an area where land prices are $10,000 per square metre. This luxurious house is quake proof. It is also reported that Antilla is world's most expensive dwelling costing $1 billion.
