Bangalore: Pramod Ratwani founded unified communications firm Consillium Software is betting on India market with his roster plans. In an interaction with Siliconindia, Ratwani, CEO of Consilium Software shared his plans to take advantage of Indian unified communications market that surpasses approximately $3 billion. Last week being recognized as a Cisco partner for its knowledge and expertise in selling, designing, installing and supporting unified communications solutions, Ratwani is charged to scale up its headcount globally to 100 by the end of this year. Headquartered in Singapore, Conslium Software develops Unified communications (UC) software and solutions for enterprises and contact centers. Citing Frost and Sullivan report that states the market projected to grow $35 billion, Ratwani said, "The companies are saving $1700 per person annually using unified communications enabled technologies." Tracking a huge opportunity in Indian market, Consilium is coming up with new products soon developed in Bangalore R&D labs. The company's new product Unipresent will be launched soon, which will help the companies to integrate and reuse the available infrastructure. "The new product will help in integrating the telephony, mail box, add other features like video and add more people to enable easy communication," says Ratwani. Consilium Labs also provides custom application development, packaged applications that enhance the value of our alliances' solutions, connectors for integrating across multiple technology vendors, application engineering services and product support. To leverage their services the company with its current 30 employees is seeking alliances with MNCs like HP, IBM, Cisco, Genesys, eGain and many others. Moreover, the self-funded company is scouting for funding for private investors and U.S office operation will be started soon.
