New Delhi: Followed by the CEO's murder of an Indo-Italian company at Noida and another U.S based CEO being thrashed, many companies are pondering over their long term plans, putting foreign and domestic investors in U.P. into a dangerous proportion. The state is a home for a great number of domestic and multinational companies like Honda Siel, Daewoo Motors, Denso, Escort Yamaha, HCL, Polar Industries, Priya Gold and Samsung India. The inactive security system in the state can leverage the chances of the new investors to explore better and safer options. The negligence shown during the murder of the CEO, LK Chaudhry of Indo-Italian company Cerlikon Graziano Transmissions, has made almost all the industry CEO representatives maintain the view that the gray areas of the labor policies of both the central and state governments should be reviewed. There should be an element of hire and fire policy in the revised labor policy and laws should be enforced without disturbing the industry peace.
