Twenty years ago, a 25-year old girl from London came to Mumbai with a scissors in her pocket to see what she can do to the Indian hair. Now she runs the popular hairstyling chain B:blunt along with her brother.

Adhuna Akthar, India’s most popular hairstylist, have transformed the outlook of almost all the big figures of the B-town. No one can ever forget the ‘Dil Chahta Hei’ look she crafted for Aamir Khan which became a rage among the Indian Youth those days. Started at Mumbai, her saloon has branches in Bangalore, Delhi, Pune. The latest news says that she up to her debut appearance in small screen with a show, ‘Be Blunt with Adhuna Akhtar’, in which women from different parts of the country would be getting a chance to meet Adhuna. She will offer them different makeovers and in between share her valuable hair maintaining tips.  She married the actor/director Farhan Akthar, the punch in ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dubara.’

Tanya, the beautiful better-half to Bobby Deol, is a costume designer too. Most of you might not know she designs cloths for her own husband, the cutest among the Bollywood men. She has taken course in designing and is now planning to start up her own store which is christened ‘Jewel in the Forest.’  Now it is her time!
