The Rival
Competition is common in every workplace. But it's acceptable only till it's a healthy competition among employees. But some colleagues make things so complicated being way too competitive, which seems like the biggest workplace threat. They see every co-worker as a rival. Do not leave open to such colleagues when you are competing for the same promotion.
