7. Apple's margin getting affected:
The margins of apple can be affected due to the Google- Motorola mobility acquisition. The negative impacts can crop up if Google decides to beat the price of iPhone with similar features in their product. This will lead Apple to cut the cost of their mobile phones.
8. Steve Job's rage:
When Steve Jobs came to know about Google was breaking into the mobile space he was totally disappointed. The companies did have a friendly relationship which went twisted when Apple had issues with Google's strategy. Now the Google-Motorola deal would horrify him.
