#3 Tim Cook can’t replace Steve Jobs

Tim Cook, who succeeded Apple’s legendary CEO, Steve Jobs, was under constant public scrutiny on whether he can match charisma of Jobs. People think that Apple can’t function without Steve Jobs. As matter of fact, Apple is in a growth phase that will last well into the future. The recent products like iPad 3, iPhone 5S, iOS 7 are well received by the people. The next products like iPhones with bigger screen, Apple TV, iWatch are garnering considerable curiosity by the people.

In spite of his charisma and influence, Jobs didn't conceive of or design many of Apple's greatest hits. Jonathan Ive, designer in charge of Apple, gets credit for the original iMacs, the click-wheel iPod and the iPhone 3G.
