3) Be Bold –

"Building great things means taking risks. This can be scary and prevents most companies from doing the bold things they should. However, in a world that's changing so quickly, you're guaranteed to fail if you don't take any risks. We have another saying: 'The riskiest thing is to take no risks.' We encourage everyone to make bold decisions, even if that means being wrong some of the time."

Taking risks has been an undying part of Zuckerberg’s personality. From dropping out of college to confronting internet Titan, Google, Zuckerberg seems to have done it all. His idea of Facebook was a risky venture too, which turned out to be worth all of it. Taking risks is an integral part of all entrepreneurs and Zuckerberg is full of it. The recent IPO deal of Facebook is said to make all of its employees ‘overnight billionaires’ and this is another risk, which Zuckerberg is willing to take. Courage is another aspect of being bold and Zuckerberg is full of this too. He showed great courage for going head-on with Google and even the Indian government, when it came to censoring Facebook content.
