The social networking giant had to make a public apology when thousands of users got angry with the news feed feature on Facebook that became visible to all the users. He made an apology in a message to the Facebook community, stating "We really messed this one up. We missed this point with News Feed and Mini-Feed and we didn't build in the proper privacy controls right away. This was a big mistake on our part, and I'm sorry for it. But apologizing isn't enough." the company is still struggling to for better privacy settings.
