The IPO was oversubscribed 3.45 times its initial value. DLF, which is said to be India’s biggest real estate developer, has reported revenue to the tune of 2577 crore for 2011. DLF is headed by Kushal Pal Singh who is the 98th richest man in the world according to Forbes, and the world’s richest property developer also.
