Avnet to distribute Juniper networking solutions in India

Delhi: Avnet technology solutions, distributors of electronic components, computer products and embedded technology, joined Juniper Networks' J-Partner Distribution Program to distribute its network infrastructure to the Indian channel. The distribution agreement enables Avnet and its partners to accelerate the delivery of high-value and converged applications in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan and the Maldives.
"As a J-Partner we can make a difference in today's highly competitive marketplace and help customes lower costs, increase efficiency and achieve significant returns on investment," said Jaideep Malhotra, Vice President, Avnet Technology Solutions. Supporting channel partners throughout the solution sales cycle with the necessary tools and training in the networking solutions space would be the main priority, according to Balakrishnan, Managing Director, Partner Technology Solutions, Avnet India. "Additional services include Avnet's Marketing and Technical Services, which helps our channel partners create demand and recommend the most appropriate solutions and services," he added.
"As we continue to build our channel infrastructure in India and we are pleased to expand the availability of Avnet's offerings through our J-Partner Channel Program," added Nagendra Venkaswamy, Managing Director, Juniper Networks India.
