Avanade selects SumTotal to increase efficiency
Bangalore: Avanade, a business technology service provider has selected SumTotal Systems' 'ResultsOnDemand Talent Development Suite' to increase operational efficiency in its performance or talent management process. To streamline and centralize its talent management processes, Avanade chose 'ResultsOnDemand Talent Development Suite', a comprehensive SaaS solution that integrates learning and performance for true talent development. With more than 8,600 professionals in more than 20 countries worldwide, one of the primary challenges Avanade faced was a manual and decentralized performance management process that requires heavy administrative support. By process automation using a user friendly tool, Avanade hopes to free up and provide more time to its employees who are focused on realizing results for their customers.
