Growl

The notification system for the Mac is integrated better into new Mountain Lion OS. So Growl, the service which did this function earlier may be put out of use.

Car navigation systems

Apple’s new Map comes integrated with Siri. It will give you turn by turn directions aloud, when you are in a car. This is going to be a big headache for Car Navigation system developers, since vehicle manufacturers will now need only a Siri button on their steering wheel!
