Bangalore: Analog Devices, a global supplier of semiconductors for signal-processing applications and a supplier of amplifiers has introduced the dual version of its ADA4898-1 operational amplifier (op amp).
Like the ADA4898-1, the company claims that ADA4898-2 dual-channel, op amp offers designers a unique blend of the low distortion, ultra-low noise and high speed effective for applications that require high precision signal processing. These are applications such as radar-based collision avoidance systems in cars, medical instrumentation, process control and industrial automation and other precision instrumentation applications.
Analog Devices says that the dual channel version reduces the size of the packaging while maintaining performance. The amplifier is designed to work with Analog Devices' precision data converters, including the 18-bit, differential programmable input PulSAR ADCs (analog-to-digital converters), the AD7631 and AD7634.
