AIMA Organizes The First Ever Bangalore Management Convention
The first session of the day focused on technology driven entrepreneurs in India and the need for delivering value through products, platforms and high end services.
Jairaj, Former Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Karnataka & Past President AIMA reiterated said “As being the first innovation Bangalore convention and with a principal national level saw the variety of ways and the best pro of tent acquisition and talent of young entrepreneurs”.
Karandeep Singh, CFO, Flipkart focused on “For creating a good customer value one should first know the customer well and also for everything there is a time, if you have a great idea then it should be brought out in a proper time”.
The importance of applying new and innovative solutions to existing management and business challenges was the core discussion in the second session. The panel members in the session disused how the application of an innovative business model helped them build outstanding businesses.
Dhiraj Rajaram, Founder & Chairman, Mu-Sigma Business Solutions commented “The people, who are the aspirants of being an entrepreneur, just solve the real need. Through self learning one should know what you want at the end result”.
Amitabh Jhingan, Partner, Ernst & Young stated “Social entrepreneurship is the responsibility of the state. It’s a space which is very tough to operate. In order to operate the social entrepreneurship one should have the energy of a kid which is the key factor of any entrepreneur”.
The Convention examined the phenomenal rise in creative new directions and business success stories in the traditionally strong technology driven enterprises of Bangalore and the southern region. The first ever convention in Bangalore, aimed to be the flagship AIMA event in Bangalore saw participation of over 150 participants, which included prominent names from Corporate’ s, Bureaucracy and Academia.
