Zensar plans offshore centers near Pune

Pune: Pune based IT services providers, Zensar Technologies is planning to expand operations and set up offshore development centers (ODCs) at its existing headquarters campus near Pune.

According to a national daily, the center would focus on verticals like retail, manufacturing, and media and entertainment. The center would employ about 1,400 more people over the next two years and primarily cater to clients in Europe and the U.S.

The company is planning to invest Rs 40 crore to set up the two new buildings that would be developed in two phases: the first to be completed by the end of this year and the second by the end of June.
