3. Cantonese:

Cantonese is a tonal language with eight tones is a language used in the Canton parts of China including Hong Kong. This is one such language where not only the way of writing is difficult but its spoken dialect is much more complex. The English speakers are often confused with the Cantonese as the similar sounds are often uttered in an unusual tone holding a totally different meaning.  Cantonese has a written form somewhat similar to Mandarin Chinese. Since, they actually have no script of their own they use the script of the Mandarin Chinese which is a language easy to grasp. They use the Hanzi characters while scripting something in their language.

The most complicated task of learning Cantonese is that one has to memorized, all 20,000 plus characters as each character represents a different word and each word has more than one written form, with each written form has a different meaning.

4. Finnish-

Finnish is a phonetic language which belongs to the Finno-Ugric language family. It has no Germanic or Latin influence and as such proves alien to the English speakers. Finnish grammar having fifteen noun cases is well known for its complexity where a slight difference can result in massive differences in meaning. For example, “talotta” means “without a house” in Finnish, while “talolta” means “from a house.”

In spite of its difficulties in the grammar, Finnish turns out quite simple when it comes to speaking it as the script used are Roman script and it sounds as it is written. So, at least one can read it out.
