Once you mention about your communication skills, you might be scrutinized on every single sentence mentioned by you. Another word commonly used is ‘good communicator’, which does not convey anything but just adds another word to the resume. If you can communicate well, it would be reflected in the interview itself, so there is no need to mention it on the resume.  This would just show that you still belong to the old school, where longer the resume, higher the prospects of getting a job.
