Why Enterprises Avoid Private Cloud?

3. Not Including Customers:

More often than not, enterprises are cynical about the acceptance of cloud. They feel that a private cloud will reduce their productivity. There are businesses which are not ready to take into account the requirements of the customers and force upon their mentality of knowing what is best for others. A change in this mentality will help in deploying private cloud in businesses.

4. Not Following Chargeback Model:

Chargeback model is the one in which the business units are exactly charged for what they consume. But many of the IT offices fail to register the importance of chargeback model. This enables the consumer to create facilities at his leisure without considering the load he will be putting on the cloud provider. Such conditions eventually lead to a sprawl on virtual server. If a pay-for-what-you-use model is applied, it can trigger consumers to create applications that are actually useful instead of creating things at random.
