Walt Disney CEO meets PM

NEW DELHI: Walt Disney CEO Michael Eisner, who is in India on an official visit, on Tuesday, met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh. The meeting lasted for about 15 minutes.

Eisner, along with Robert Iger, president and COO of Walt Disney, had on Monday met President APJ Abdul Kalam and some business leaders.

Walt Disney has identified India as a potential growth market and is currently represented on TV by the Disney channel and Toon Disney launched in December 2004, a company release said.
