VSNL America gets new COO

MUMBAI: Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited (VSNL) has appointed Dave Rayan as chief operating officer of its US affiliate VSNL America.
Prior to joining VSNL America, Ryan was executive vice president and CEO of NTT America and was responsible for operations and expansion in North America, VSNL officials said here on Monday.
He would be reporting to VSNL executive director, International Business Group, Vinod Kumar, who is based in Singapore.
