Williams clearly points out that, with advanced tools in information collection and visualization, it’s often easy for organizations to produce too many reports that can miss the target and even highlight unwanted conceit metrics. “Whether you're doing this in-house or with third-party vendors, it's easy to spit out a lot of reports, a lot of data," said Williams. "Too much information can cloud your judgment, and that makes it hard to make decisions."
