Padmasree Warrior:

Padmasree Warrior is the Chief Technology & Strategy Officer of Cisco Systems, and the former CTO of Motorola.

At Cisco, her duty includes aligning technology development and corporate strategy to facilitate the company to foresee, shape and lead chief market transitions. She is also in charge of strategic partnerships; mergers and acquisitions, incorporation of new business models, incubation of new technologies; and the development of world-class technical talent.

Warrior has been honored with numerous prestigious awards such as the United States Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce's Excellence Award and YWCA Metropolitan Chicago's Outstanding Woman of Achievement Award. She was inducted into the Women in Information Technology International Hall of Fame in the year 2007.

Warrior holds a degree in chemical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and masters in chemical engineering from Cornell University.
