MUMBAI: Global Information Technology services provider Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will list its scrip on the Stock Exchange, Mumbai (BSE), on August 25, even as it is planning to go for an overseas listing. "The listing is slated for August 25, 2004, and the scrip will simultaneously be listed on The National Stock Exchange (NSE) also," TCS Chief Executive Officer S Ramadorai, who has been redesignated as managing director of the software major, said. Earlier, Tata had said TCS would also be looking at listing its shares abroad, even though he did not specify the mode and a time-frame.
