Synygy India - 'Most Exciting Emerging Companies To Work For'

Pune: Synygy India, a provider of solutions for management of sales compensation plans, has been ranked among one of the 'Most Exciting Emerging Companies to work for' in a recent NASSCOM Exciting Emerging Companies (EEC) survey of IT-BPO companies.
The NASSCOM EEC Survey looked at HR practices of small and medium sized companies to identify the 'Top 15 Exciting Emerging Companies to Work for' in the IT-BPO sector in India. The survey of employees included issues such as work environment, career development, job satisfaction, rewards and recognition, and fairness and equity.
