BANGALORE: Synergy Infotech, a technology solution provider with a differentiated focus and a robust offshore delivery model, today announced the availability of a new multi-protocol test server, Judex that can test applications like Push-To-Talk applications, VoIP applications, and 3G-IMS applications. Judex is a flexible, scriptable server essential for testing handset applications, performing interoperability testing and carrying out negative tests. Judex, the new Protocol Test Server can be scripted and customized using XML-based specification. Unlike other protocol test servers, Synergy’s new offering can test applications over SIP, RTP, SMTP, and HTTP protocols. It took Synergy over 4 years of active involvement in the IMS solutions space to develop this product. “Today more and more handset and equipment vendors are looking at deploying value added solutions like PoC (Push-To-Talk over Cellular). While developing solutions is a big challenge, an equally big challenge is testing the final solution for protocol compatibility and interoperability. Judex addresses this requirement very effectively and we expect good revenues from the new product due to the surging demand witnessed for reliable testing solutions in this fast emerging space,” said Dr. Kulkarni, Chief Executive Officer, Synergy Infotech, adding, "Synergy is the first Indian company to develop such a product.” Synergy Infotech’s technology competence and robust offshore delivery model combined with it’s customer oriented approach, has resulted in long-term relationships with some of the known names in the industry like HP, IBM, Unilever, Sun Microsystems, Sonim Technologies, VeriFone, Broadcom, Atmel Corporation among others. In the mobile arena, Synergy has extensive expertise ranging from carrier grade servers to proprietary and open handset platforms. It’s success in delivering time-critical software solutions, developing frameworks for 3G services, and it’s core technology development track record positions Synergy as a strong player in the mobile solutions’ space.
