Subex Systems bags African contract

BANGALORE: Bangalore based telecom software services company Subex Systems Ltd has bagged a multi-million dollar contract from a large African telecom company. Under the agreement, Subex will implement its RevMax software product for the unnamed telecom company. A company statement said the implementation of the software product will help the African firm to achieve operational benefits including maximize revenues and streamline workflow across the organization and is the largest single contract won till date by the company for RevMax that includes Ranger Fraud Management System and INcharge Revenue Assurance Solution. Subex Systems president and CEO Subash Menon said, "We further consolidate our position in the African market with this order. Our order size in this market has grown considerably in the recent months and this is a clear indication of both our product's success and the kind of growth Africa has witnessed in the telecom space. This also improves the average contract size for our company". Some of the company's clients in Africa are Econet - Vee Networks, Globacom, Ikatel, Kencell, Orange, Sonatel, Spacefon and Titan.
