HYDERABAD: JP Mobile, a provider of enterprise mobility software and Sony Ericsson said they would team to co-market SureWave – enabled Sony Ericsson’s new and popular P910 Smartphones to wireless carriers, enterprise customers and mobile professionals worldwide.

SureWave Mobile Office on Sony Ericsson P910 makes wireless email easy for Corporate IT and Mobile Pros. JP Mobile SureWave Mobile Office is the industry’s first device-, platform-, and network-independent ‘push’ e-mail/PIM solution with fully integrated, end-to-end-security mobility software.

According to JP Mobile and Sony Ericsson SureWave enabled smart phones will also provide 100 percent behind-the-firewall server protection, over-the-air encryption and on-device security for complete, end-to-end protection. SureWave products can also be wirelessly provisioned over-the-air, eliminating the cost and hassle of IT having to manually provision individual device in use across the enterprise.

With SureWave Mobile Office, enterprises can quickly, easily and securely push e-mail/PIM and groupware applications such as Microsoft Exchange, Novell GroupWise and Lotus Domino to mobile professionals.

“We are delighted to partner with leading device manufacturers such as Sony Ericsson to deliver a secure, wireless e-mail solution that is reliable, affordable and easy to use,” said Dayakar Puskoor, JP Mobile founder and CEO. “We look forward to a lasting and productive relationship with Sony Ericsson as we redouble our efforts to drive adoption of wireless e-mail by eliminating cost, complexity and security concerns.”
