This tie-up will enable the U.S. firm to provide both industry expertise and cost-effective end-to-end IT solutions to existing and new clients.

"We are pleased to form a strategic alliance with Science Applications International, and I am confident that both that firm and Satyam will derive substantial benefit from our experiences, skills, processes and methodologies," said Rama Raju, Satyam managing director and chief executive officer.
