Samsung brings Chat QWERTY phones to India

Bangalore: Samsung has increased its mobile phone portfolio in India by introducing two new models: Chat 322 and Chat 335. Both the phones are specifically meant for messaging purposes with QWERTY keypad. Chat 322 is available at a price of
4,990 while the price tag of Chat 335 is
5,800.
The Chat 322 is a dual-SIM QWERTY phone, which is a first for Samsung. It has a 2.2 inch LCD display screen and an 1.3MP camera. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 2.1 and a 3.5mm audio jack. Other features include FM radio, dedicated key for SIM switch, social networking features with access to MySpace, Orkut and Flicker and an optical trackpad.
The Chat 335 comes with a 2.4 inch LQVGA LCD display screen along with a 2MP camera. The QWERTY phone's connectivity features include Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi and a 3.5mm audio jack. The phone also features FM radio.
Both the phones share the social networking features with their memory expandable up to 8GB.
They are now selling at retail stores across the country.
