Fremont: TiE SV to organize an event on Cloud start ups. " SIG Cloud: Emerging Cloud Startup Landscape" is the event that will be held on Thursday, 7 July 2011.

This event provides a great platform to learn about some of the Cloud startups who won TiE50 awards at TIECON 2011 in May 2011. These companies are great examples of the emerging new Cloud landscape. Whether you are an aspiring entrepreneur, investor or just interested in learning about emerging trends, this panel will be of value. Panel will have cloud infrastructure as well as cloud service companies. If you are wondering how to start, or how to scale, or where the Cloud opportunities might be, this will be a great forum to ask your questions and hear from the expert panelists.

Present on this event are the eminent speakers like: Jay Bala, CTO, Claritics, Joe Boyle, Director, Virtualization & Cloud Product Management, Silver Peak Systems, Brock LaPorte, CTO, SugarSync and Anand Babu (AB) Periasamay, CTO, Gluster. Allwyn Sequeira and Pradeep Shankar will be the host for the evening.

To be a part of this event you can register Online. If you are a member the registration fee is $20.00 and for non-members its $50.00. To register onsite its $30.00 for members and $60.00 for non members. Online registration closes at 12:00 noon of the day of the event. All registration fees are non-refundable and no credit is offered for cancellations. The program commences at 6:00 PM followed by the Q & A round at 8 PM and it adjourns at 9:00 PM. 1: Sugarsync has been stepping it up in a big way and their latest direct push to mobile devices is awesome.
