SAS partners with Ramana Jampala

NEW YORK: SAS Investors, a technology venture fund focused on early stage companies in the northeastern U.S., has promoted Ramana Jampala to partner. In the past thirteen years Ramana has developed expertise in a broad range of fields, ranging from design engineering and technology investment banking to technology start-up operations. Earlier Ramana worked with Viant as a Strategy Lead in San Francisco to implement digital initiatives of Fortune 500 companies and high-technology start-ups. Prior to Viant, Ramana worked for Chase H&Q in the Mergers and Acquisitions group. Ramana began his career as a Systems Design Engineer in Rockwell International's Control and Communications Group. Currently, Ramana is a member of the Board of Directors of HydroGlobe, Inc. and CebaTech, and serves on the advisory boards of ProcessMAP and NYNMA. Ramana holds an MBA from London Business School, and graduated with distinction with a B.S. in Electronics Engineering from Pune University, India.
