Real Estate Mutual Fund to start in India

MUMBAI: India's first real estate mutual funds are all set to begin soon as SEBI will give nod to start the fund, paving the way for the next boom in the stock markets. Real Estate Mutual Funds are like any other mutual funds only difference being the companies will invest money in real estates. World over real estate funds have been doing exceedingly well and with the Government permitting FDI in real estates and housing and construction industry sector looking rosy, this sort of fund is expected to reap rich dividends.
