Quantech to expand ATC in India

HYDERABAD: Quantech Global Services Ltd (QGS), a US based automotive design, analysis and engineering services company, is expanding its Asian Technical Centre (ATC) facility in Hyderabad with an investment of $2 million. "The company has drawn strategy to expand and bring design and engineering capabilities closer to customers to keep up swiftness to respond to their business and market requirements," said QGS's India and Asia Pacific President and CEO Dr Mukesh Gandhi. QGS Chief Financial Officer and Promotor Dave Zischke, who also addressed pressmen said, the company which has already invested $5 million in Hyderabad ATC, currently, has two technical centres one in US and the other in India in addition to liaison offices in China, Japan, UK, Germany and Australia which provides the Automotive industry a complete product life cycle management expertise from concept to pre-production. The new investment of $2 million in Hyderabad include building a 2000--sq ft facility and adding 200 more engineers to its existing strength of 200, Zischke added.
