Talking about the other schemes, the minister informed that more than 19.6 million BPL families (a unit of five) have been covered under Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana (RSBY) which provides smart card-based cashless health insurance cover of 30,000 to each family. Uttar Pradesh and Bihar are the states which have provided the maximum number of smart cards, 49,92,271 and 39,69,312 respectively.
