Ocimum Biosolutions introduces OciChips

HYDERABAD: Ocimum Biosolutions, a life science R&D enabling company with competencies in BioIT, microarrays and contract research launches “OciChip”, DNA microarrays recently acquired from MWG Biotech.

Anuradha Acharya, CEO of Ocimum Biosolutions said, “Ocimum completed the acquisition of this division recently and we are happy to continue the superior technology offered by these chips. We also plan to retain most of MWG’s GD business customers and offer newer products and services.”

Volker Muschalek, COO of MWG Biotech said, “We are very pleased to hand this highly innovative product line to Ocimum Biosolutions. We are sure that customers will be happy to have continued access to this technology.”
