Now voice mails to be delivered as SMS

Sydney: eServGlobal, a smart communication and payment services provider, has partnered with SpinVox, a Voice-to-Content service to enhance the capability of eServGlobal's Mailis Unified Communications Suite by allowing subscribers to read their voice messages on their handset, as an SMS text. Under the partnership agreement, SpinVox will be available to service providers installing eServGlobal's Mailis Suite, who can then offer this value-added service to their clients. SpinVox ensures that subscribers will no longer have to phone voicemail services to retrieve and listen to the message and will be able to respond to the call by text, email or voice with just one click. eServGlobal's Mailis Suite is an enhanced Unified Communications suite offering solutions such as SMS Call Notify, Voice SMS, Push Voicemail, voice & video mail, unified mail, and video blogging. Deployable in all types of networks, from TDM to SIP and IMS, Mailis Suite improve the end-user experience and ultimately unleashe the potential of rich content creation in messaging, thereby enabling new revenue generation from advertising and content resale.
