New Delhi: Sony launched its attractive VAIO YB series laptops in the pre-show event at the Consumer Electronic Show 2011. The VAIO YB series has the slightest differences related to the size, weight and price and good graphics performance compared to its previous launches of VAIO F series and VAIO S series. There is not much difference among the three in technology or looks. VAIO YB series will be available at an average starting price of 26990 excluding taxes in impressive colors like grey, pink and green. The basic model will be available with AMD E-350 1.6GHz processor with Radeon HD 6310 graphics, supporting 4GB RAM and is shipped with 500GB HDD. The VAIO YB series is powered by AMD's vision technology, which will be helpful for users can to enjoy high-definition (HD) playback contents, faster internet access and improved online gaming experience. The integrated interface helps the user to use all the technical aspects at the same time, without any hindrance. Sony stands the fourth among the laptop makers like Lenovo, Toshiba and Dell respectively using the AMD technology. VAIO YB series is user-friendly, really stylish and weighs as light as 1.46kgs. The 11.6 inch screen helps for convenient viewing along. The isolation keyboard and ergonomics touchpad is conveniently designed as per the users needs. One of the amazing features is the presence of the 'ASSIST' button which takes the user directly to the VAIO care and original software which makes the troubleshooting task much easier. It is expected to be available from the beginning of February in all outlets across the country.
