Neville Taraporewalla appointed Country Manager of Yahoo! India

NEW DELHI: Yahoo! has appointed Neville Taraporewalla as the Country Manager of Yahoo! India. He succeeds Darren Gocher, and will take over the responsibility with immediate effect.
Neville Taraporewalla joined Yahoo! India in May 2002 as Director -- Sales and was later responsible for the overall Sales & Business Development function for Yahoo! India, a company release said.
As Country Manager, India his responsibilities would include successful management of the Yahoo! India portal and work towards increasing business opportunities for Yahoo! in India, the release added.
