Natasha Arora is the new Miss India USA

New Jersey: The 19-year-old Natasha Arora from Texas was declared Miss India USA 2010 at a function at Royal Albert's Palace in Fords in New Jersey, reports Desi Talk. She also bagged the Miss Beautiful Skin and Best Talent titles. The first and second runners-up were declared to be Rafeiya Hussain, 18, of Virginia, and Shreya Sood, 27, of Connecticut. The 29th annual event attended by more than 600 people saw Chandan Kaur of New York and Sophia Andrade of California among other top five finalists. The gaudy function was organized by the New York-based IFC, headed by Dharmatma Saran, and Royal Albert's Palace. Arora was crowned by outgoing queen Priyanka Singha and will represent the United States at the 20th Miss India Worldwide pageant to be held April 6 in Dubai. The panel of judges included Susmita Patel, celebrity makeup artist; Anil Doebe, national director for Miss India Suriname; Divya Jain, founder of Creations Dance Academy; Chandni Dayal, a painter and artist; and Shailja Gupta, movie producer.
