MphasiS to buy MIRC's SAP division

MUMBAI: Mid-sized software services firm MphasiS BFL plans to acquire the SAP division of MIRC Electronics Ltd for Rs 30 million in an all cash deal, the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) said on Thursday. It said Onida Infotech Services, with annual revenues of nearly Rs 40 million, operates the division and has nearly 80 employees.
