BANGALORE: MeritTrac Services, a pioneer & leader in the Competence Assessment and Pre-Recruitment Processing space today announced the launch of OnTrac 3.0 a web based testing application with
enhanced features specifically addressing the needs of the IT and BPO industry. OnTrac 3.0 enables organizations to administer tests securely in different modes - on an individual PC, over the Intranet and over the Internet. OnTrac 3.0 is the only application of its kind in India.
MeritTrac also works closely with cyber centers like Reliance Web World who provide the infrastructure & connectivity to administer online tests in multiple cities simultaneously.

Mohan Kannegal, Director-Product Development, said: "The new version of OnTrac integrates all types of assessments- Communication Skills, Listening Comprehension, Keyboard Skills and Multiple Choice tests in a
seamless fashion with significant enhancements of Statistical Performance Reports. With this new release, we expect the momentum we have seen over the past year in online assessments accelerate further." Observed Madan Mohan Nagaldinne, Vice-President-HR, Tavant Technologies," We have used OnTrac in the ASP mode and have administered over two thousand tests till date. We have seen significant process efficiencies in taking the test mechanism online and it also reinforces our brand as a Technology company. I firmly believe that online assessment is the path forward for pre-recruitment assessments"
OnTrac creates tests "On-The-Fly" on the basis of "Table of Contents" by drawing questions from a question bank. A huge database of over 20,000 questions ensures that every time a Test is generated the questions are different. Yet the application ensures that difficulty level across the Tests is the same. The different modules of OnTrac are integrated and easy-to-use with a consistent web interface.

The application has built-in security, which ensures that access to Tests and Scores is controlled and Tests are taken in a tamper-proof environment.
