LogicaCMG plans to hire 1000 in India

NEW DELHI: British Dutch software services firm LogicaCMG will hire 1000 people in India by this year end to service its global business divisions. This will increase LogicaCMG’s workforce in India to over 3,000. The company will expand its GSD center in Bangalore to accommodate people, LogicaCMG India CEO Rahul Patwardhan said. Currently about 1500 employees of LogicaCMG in India work in applications management, BPO services and infrastructure management, while 350 are into product engineering for telecom and finance sector.
